These Terms and Conditions apply to all learners using the Shilpaastish platform and its website. By accessing Shilpaastish’s platforms, learners agree to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in restricted access.

1. About Shilpaastish

Shilpaastish offers courses on mindfulness, meditation, manifestation, and healing to promote mental well-being, based on over 12 years of research.

2. Definitions

  • Applicable Laws: All relevant laws and regulations.
  • Force Majeure Event: Unforeseen events like natural disasters, pandemics, wars, etc.
  • Learners: Subscribers who enroll in Shilpaastish’s online or offline courses.
  • Payment Instrument: Any method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.) used to pay fees.
  • Platform: Digital platform provided by Shilpaastish for course access.

3. Applicability

These Terms apply to all learners subscribing to current and future courses.

4. Eligibility

Anyone aged 12 and above, regardless of nationality, gender, or background, may register for Shilpaastish courses.

5. Subscription

  • Registration: Learners must create an account and provide requested information.
  • Pricing: Shilpaastish reserves the right to set, modify, and offer discounts on course fees.
  • Payment: Payments are processed via gateways (Instamojo, PayPal, Razorpay). Shilpaastish is not responsible for third-party gateway practices.

6. Access to Courses

Upon registration and payment, learners receive limited access to courses for personal, non-commercial use. Course access may be temporarily suspended for reasons like maintenance or force majeure.

7. Rights of Shilpaastish

Shilpaastish may modify or discontinue services and does not guarantee the reliability of content or service availability. Learner feedback may be used by Shilpaastish without ownership rights.

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Learners may cancel within 30 days (digital courses) or 10 days (live classes) for a refund.
  • No refunds will be issued after these periods unless Shilpaastish decides otherwise.

9. Deletion of Account

Learners can delete their account, after which they lose access to all courses and content. Deletion is irreversible, and Shilpaastish is not responsible for lost data.

10. Learner’s Representations & Warranties

Learners represent that they voluntarily agree to these terms, understand the risks, and will not violate Shilpaastish’s trademarks or misuse the platform.

11. Code of Conduct

Learners must not reproduce, distribute, or use course content unlawfully. All feedback and content posted must not be offensive or violate laws.

12. Shilpaastish’s Representations & Warranties

Shilpaastish guarantees service delivery at industry standards and adheres to privacy practices in handling learner data.
